Design Drawing
This is the crucial phrase where our collaborative idea comes into reality. After fully-understanding your needs in the in-depth consultation, our engineer will come up with a drawing considering every detail including:

• Machine size & layout to better accommodate to your plant
At this stage, adjustments can be made to the drawing if required. To make your packing filling solution a perfect one that's born for your production line, we will assist you all through this process to fine tune the drawing based on your actual situation.

Sign The Contract
Once the packaging system solution is confirmed, a formal sales contract will be issued. The contract clearly defines the technical specifications, system configuration, production capacity, delivery schedule, payment terms, and after-sales support.
Signing the contract ensures that both parties have a clear and mutual understanding of the project scope and responsibilities, allowing the customized packaging system to move into the production stage smoothly and efficiently.

Manufacturing And Testing
After the final drawings are confirmed, machine manufacturing begins based on your customized packaging requirements. High-quality stainless steel, precision CNC-machined parts, and skilled assembly ensure stable performance and long service life.
Once production is completed, each machine undergoes strict testing using actual product and container samples to verify smooth operation, output capacity, defective rate, and safety.

Packing And Shipping
After final inspection and approval, the machines are professionally packed to ensure safe transportation. Protective materials and export-standard packing methods are applied according to the machine structure and shipping conditions.
